BBM confirmed as a partner of Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola

The two companies have renewed their collaboration with a new Service Free Pack contract for fan maintenance at the Borgo Tossignano and Faenza plants.

BBM Industrial Maintenance, a leading provider of tailor-made industrial maintenance services and a subsidiary of the GMM Group, has signed a new Service Free Pack contract with Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola to improve the efficiency of the ceramic tile manufacturer’s production lines.

The two-year agreement is part of a longstanding partnership with the Imola-based ceramics group for the supply of top-of-the-range mechanical components as well as customised maintenance and reconditioning services.

BBM will be responsible for maintaining the fans at the Borgo Tossignano and Faenza plants with the aim of avoiding the risk of potential breakdowns and consequent unplanned downtime. The Service Free Pack, designed specifically for industrial fan maintenance, will enable Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola to significantly reduce its maintenance costs, thereby freeing up resources to reinvest in other strategic activities.

The services offered include vibration analysis and diagnostic reports on the state of health of each individual ventilation system; lubrication with the special lubricant Performa Lube; and routine maintenance work planned according to the company’s specific needs, as well as 24-hour availability and assistance for extraordinary maintenance work.

A further advantage is the spare parts stock service available at all times from the GMM Group’s warehouses.

The agreement confirms the excellence of GMM’s integrated solutions, which for more than fifty years have offered the highest level of technological innovation in the field of condition monitoring, the supply of top-quality components, electromechanical revamping and full-time assistance to achieve full production efficiency.
