VENUX improves plant efficiency with technology from Gruppo B&T

The Spanish ceramic tile manufacturer has installed two SITI EVO 8308 presses to increase production capacity and expand its range with new product sizes.

Spanish ceramic tile manufacturer VENUX has chosen pressing technology from Gruppo B&T to improve production efficiency and allow for the introduction of new product sizes.

Thanks to the rapid response and flexibility of its technical team, Gruppo B&T was able to meet VENUX’s needs, ensuring both increased production capacity and a wider range of sizes. The upgrade centred around the installation of two Siti EVO 8308 presses, which ensure uniform compaction, faster and more stable pressing cycles and full compatibility with the existing line thanks to the use of well-established technology already familiar to the customer.

VENUX had previously turned to Gruppo B&T for its digital decoration line, installing the Dryfix printer from Projecta. This highly versatile machine is ideal for producing both decorative pieces and high-laydown full-field designs through glue and grit applications and takes the aesthetic quality of the finished product to new levels of creativity and design.
