COLOROBBIA: SHAPING INNOVATION

At Cersaie 2024, Colorobbia presented its latest range of eco-sustainable products and solutions, built on expertise, research, years of work and rigorous environmental standards. The Italian multinational’s stand at the trade show transcended styles and trends to offer customers a wide variety of products and solutions for digitally generating reliefs and micro-reliefs in perfect harmony with the chosen design, without compromising the properties of the finished piece.

FORMA Plus comprises three series:

  • Extra-Glazes, a range of water-based digital glazes;
  • the Graffiti series, a series of inks with water-repellent effects;
  • the Neogrits Collection, a collection of grits and micro-grits.

These three product families, which are fully compatible with each other, make it possible to create effects and textures inspired by a range of different materials, both before and after digital decoration. One of the most innovative and sustainable solutions is the Extra-Glazes range. Its features and finishes were visible inside the booth in various projects industrialised in collaboration with prestigious Italian manufacturers.

Colorobbia also presented the AIR Evolution series of low-emission solvent-based and water-based digital inks. These inks minimise environmental impact, while maintaining full performance during decoration and firing. This series includes a set of water-based digital adhesives that reduce harmful emissions and odours. Their effectiveness is proven by measurements taken under industrial conditions.

Furthermore, in the large-format segment for interior design and furnishing (countertops, tables, panels, etc.), Colorobbia presented a selection of new surface finishes and through-body products. Its substrate formulations stand out for their free silica content of less than 2%, their high degree of colourability and their 3D effects and custom decorations with through-body vein patterns.
