Ceramic Technology Academy achieves excellent results in the first half of 2025

Four new courses in the coming autumn/winter programme now open for enrolment.

After successfully organising eight courses attended by 46 professionals from around the world in the first half of 2025, the Ceramic Technology Academy has once again confirmed its vital role in specialist training for ceramic technology.

The courses provided by Acimac’s advanced training school SBS explore key areas of ceramic production: from pressing and drying to modern digital decoration techniques, from firing defect analysis to raw material selection, as well as solutions for processing sub-sizes, squaring and grinding.

“The training programme is highly flexible, offering both multi-company courses and customised packages to ensure that learning is tailored to the real needs of companies,” says SBS.

Looking ahead to the autumn/winter programme, the catalogue is expanding with four new courses designed to further optimise production processes and now open for enrolment:

  • Improving efficiency in the preparation of glazes and suspensions
  • Advanced drying techniques for ceramic products
  • Optimising firing in roller kilns
  • Warehouse management, tile selection, packaging and palletisation

“Thanks to its highly experienced teaching staff, the Ceramic Technology Academy’s programmes combine the practicality of online learning with the rigour of in-person training, providing industry professionals with immediately applicable tools for improving efficiency and product quality,” SBS adds.
