Continued success for the I-Nkfiller® system

More than 200 installations worldwide and new orders from leading global players in the ceramic industry.

Early 2026 has brought a surge in new orders for I-Nkfiller®, the automatic filling system for digital inks, fluids and glues developed by I-Tech and distributed worldwide by Inter Ser. These include a number of first-time adoptions of I-Nkfiller® technology by leading international ceramic groups, such as Prime Vietnam (SCG Group), Cersanit in Poland, Sanex in Romania (Lasselsberger Group) and NG Kütahya Seramik in Turkey.

With more than 200 installations globally, I-Nkfiller® is now firmly established as an international benchmark in its segment. This success is built on the experience of I-Tech, which first developed the technology over ten years ago and has continued to refine it ever since based on feedback from users.

Renowned for its operational reliability, the system not only automates an outdated process (manual ink filling from plastic canisters) but also significantly optimises the entire production workflow.

Measurable benefits reported by users include: a return on the initial investment in under a year; an increase in first-grade output thanks to improved shade consistency; a reduction in defects caused by ink sedimentation; fewer production stoppages for printhead cleaning, with a consequent increase in productivity.

Further operational and management benefits include the elimination of human error, lower transport costs and reduced CO₂ emissions, as well as a smaller environmental footprint thanks to the elimination of plastic canisters and a significant reduction in waste.

In most cases, the results achieved by ceramic manufacturers have exceeded expectations and initial economic assessments in terms of both system performance and a rapid return on investment.
