Granitifiandre: Graziano Verdi acquires 25,000 shares

14/04/05 – Romano Minozzi, the majority shareholder in GranitiFiandre, has announced his decision to transfer 25,000 shares to Graziano Verdi, the company’s chairman.

“The shares were granted to Graziano Verdi in recognition of his hard work and the important results he has achieved,” commented Romano Minozzi. “This is also part of a policy to promote greater participation by the top management in the company’s shareholding structure and thus assure stability and further growth in coming years.”

The Granitifiandre share reported a performance of +13.45% in 2005 (against +6.08% registered by the Mibtel index).
