Inter Ser acquires a stake in I-Tech

This is an important step forward in Inter Ser’s growth strategy, consolidating a strategic partnership that began eight years ago.

In July 2025, Inter Ser acquired a shareholding in I-Tech, an operation that marked the natural evolution of a strategic partnership established more than eight years ago. Built on shared values, a common vision and a set of synergistic goals, the collaboration has already led to a number of successful projects. One of these is I-Nkfiller, the technology developed by I-Tech and promoted worldwide by Inter Ser.

“This partnership will further enhance our ability to deliver innovation, reliability and added value to tile manufacturers around the world,” said Gian Luca Zanoni, CEO of Inter Ser.

I-Tech is an innovative company that specialises in advanced technological solutions for the preparation and intralogistics distribution of coloured liquid products.

According to CEO Bruno Bettelli, the acquisition of a stake by Inter Ser “will allow us to remain focused on the ongoing evolution of our solutions, while leveraging Inter Ser’s strong international position and its speed in reaching global markets to promote our technologies.”

Additionally, as Sales Director and CEO Andrea Carandini explains, I-Tech’s longstanding operations in non-ceramic sectors also stand to benefit significantly from the partnership with Inter Ser.

“Thanks to Inter Ser’s extensive international network, I-Tech’s innovative solutions will be able to expand more rapidly into new global markets and industrial sectors,” he said.

With an established presence in more than 60 countries, Inter Ser will support I-Tech with its sales network and technical expertise, as well as the trust and reputation it has built up in international markets over the past thirty years.
