Porcelanosa reports 13% growth

12/04/05 - Porcelanosa Grupo has reported an excellent 2004. The Spanish Group, which comprises the brands Porcelanosa, Venis, L’Antic Colonial, Butech, Ceranco, Gamadecor, System-Pool and Nokem, closed fiscal 2004 with a total turnover of 810.58 million euro, 13% up on the previous year.
42% of turnover was generated in the domestic market, 58% abroad.

The Group companies posted a total turnover of 421.02 million euro. Sales of floor and wall tiles accounted for 70% of turnover, bathroom furniture, kitchens and accessories for the rest. Porcelanosa brand showrooms have reported an increase in sales, reaching 62% of the 389.56 million euro generated by resales.

Porcelanosa remains the largest of the individual companies making up the group with a turnover of 161.83 million euro, followed by Venis with 133.30 million euro and System-Pool with 37.02 million euro.
