Ferro colours 2005

02/10/03 - Ferro is forecasting colour trends for 2005. After the success of "Moods 2004" (read: Fashion in the ceramic industry: guidelines from Ferro for 2004 ), at the beginning of next year Ferro will be publishing "Moods 2005".
The new publication will outline the colour and materials trends identified by the designer Ornella Bignami (Elementi Moda, Milan and a member of numerous Trend committees including Premiere Vision and Pitti Filati).

The new colours were unveiled yesterday by the colour multinational at the Centro Congressi in the Grand Hotel in Rimini.
Ornella Bignami has given the new colour ranges the names Ivory, Ebony, Clay, Chalk, Camouflage and High visibility.

The Ivory range includes all shades of white, contrasting with and at the same time perfectly complementing the dark glossy or matt tones of black and blue identified by the name of Ebony. Clay is used for the elegant colours of natural stone (clay, chalk, marble).
The pastel colours such as yellow and light blue together with warm tones such as brick red, presented with the name of Chalk, will play a leading role in 2005.

The Camouflage range, which includes the bright colours of nature (green, blue, violet blue) and the radiant colours of the High Visibility line, with the euphoric and energetic red and orange, complete the range of colours that will be setting trends in two years time.
