GMM USA installs IMAnalytics system in the USA

The online condition monitoring solution has been installed at a well-known local ceramics company.

GMM USA, the American branch of the Fiorano Modenese, Italy-based GMM Group which has been operating in Clarksville, Tennessee since 2016, recently completed a major digitalisation project for a well-known US ceramics manufacturer.

The IMAnalytics system, a high-performance online condition monitoring solution, was successfully installed on the motor reducer units of three mill drums, marking a major step forward in the digital transformation of production plants. Thanks to its ability to collect and analyse operational data in real time, IMAnalytics allows for continuous monitoring of machine status, thereby facilitating predictive maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime and optimising performance. The result is a smoother, more reliable and efficient production process that fully meets the needs of modern manufacturing.
