Industrial regeneration: Gmm USA wins new contract
The project forms part of the regeneration and revamping services offered by Gmm USA for strategic mechanical components used in industrial systems.
The latest projects carried out by Gmm USA, the American subsidiary of the Gmm Group, include a significant regeneration contract for a leading North American ceramic manufacturer. The project involved a large transmission unit consisting of a 1020 kW motor and a Fachini 3-parallel-shaft gearbox weighing more than 8 tonnes, used in raw material grinding and preparation systems.
The project forms part of the regeneration and revamping services offered by Gmm USA for strategic mechanical components used in industrial systems, with a particular focus on production continuity and optimising existing assets.
The contract confirms the Group’s ability to manage complex operations on large-scale components, both in Italy and internationally, helping manufacturing companies to reduce plant downtime, optimise maintenance and adopt a more sustainable approach to machinery management.
