Italon amongst award winners at Mosbuild

11/05/06 - Italon, a Russian company owned by the Italian-based Concorde Group, has made an outstanding market debut.
Taking part for the first time in the Russian tradeshow MosBuild, the company won one of the best stand prizes in the “Ceramic tile and natural stone” sector.
The Italon stand was made entirely of backlit glass and was designed by architect Mattia Parmiggiani (Studio ZPZ) in cooperation with the agency Exprimo.

Italon is headquartered in Stupino (80 km from Moscow) where it has a 150,000 sq.m site, including a 57,000 sq.m covered area. During the first phase, the factory will be able to produce about 4 million sq.m of porcelain tile a year using advanced technology and a railway line for the supply of raw materials and transport of finished products.
