Claytech continues to grow

02/02/04 - Excellent initial results for Claytech, the new exhibit section at Tecnargilla 2004 (1-5 October 2004) catering for companies offering technological solutions for brick and roof tile production.

Eight months before it is due to open, many of the world’s best known companies have already booked space at Claytech. These include Capaccioli, Bongioanni, Ipa International, Cismac, Alpina, Tecnofiliere, Costruzioni Meccaniche Isola, Piccinini Impianti, Officina Meccanica Sestese (which has a stand at both Claytech and Tecnargilla), Frac and Saex Group (Italy); Tecton, Lingl, Handle, Rotho, Ziegelmundstuckbau Braun and Franz Banke (Germany); Ipiac, Verdes and Beralmar (Spain); and Sabo Hellas (Greece).

The enthusiastic response of the brick and tile machinery manufacturers confirms the organisers’ expectations. Claytech, which will cover an area of 13,000 sq.m and will have its own dedicated entrance, is conceived as a “show within a show” in its own right, featuring events such as conferences, seminars and displays specifically designed to attract the interest of a group of visitors and exhibitors who are partly also interested in the other exhibition sectors at Tecnargilla.

A number of new initiatives are being organised to support Claytech, including “1000 nights in Rimini” which aims to draw the largest possible number of brick and tile producers to the exhibition, including virtually all the leading international buyers and also smaller companies that have not always planned a visit to an international tradeshow. The organisers of Claytech will offer two nights free accommodation to 500 brick and tile manufacturers from all over the world. Nominations are to be submitted by the Claytech exhibitors, giving them an extra marketing tool they can use for their existing or potential customers.
