Italforni srl acquires Tecnochimica Sassolese

17/03/06 - Italforni srl, a company based in Formigine (province of Modena, Italy) which operates principally in the field of kiln and dryer construction for the ceramic industry, has announced the acquisition of Tecnochimica Sassolese.

The company has been operating for 30 years in the ceramic sector, specialising in the firing segment and using state-of-the-art technologies that differ from those of traditional ceramic.

The acquisition will allow Italforni to expand its areas of activity, which already include dryers and kilns for ceramic and glass and frit kilns.
