Mosbuild 2008 confirms its appeal

Mosbuild 2008, the foremost Russian building exhibition and the leading event for the ceramic industry in Eastern Europe, once again confirmed its importance for industry professionals. The 2008 figures speak plainly: the two Moscow trade centres hosting the show, Expocenter and Crocus Expo, accommodated 2,751 companies from 43 different countries (compared to 2,667 at the last event) in a net exhibit space of 90,589 sq.m (compared to 86,751 sq.m in 2007) and drew more than 80,000 visitors (97% of whom were professionals).

The Expocenter, which hosted the exhibitions Buildex and Cersanex (the latter of which featured tiles, sanitaryware, machinery and industrial technologies), reported 38,370 visitors and 1,492 exhibitors, including 783 foreign companies, in a total net space of 42,268 sq.m.

Mosbuild 2009 will be held in Moscow from 31 March to 3 April.
