Notice of auction of Pagnossin trademarks
It is hereby announced that on 19 November 2008 at 3.00 p.m. at the Studio Notarile Associato Baravelli Bianconi Talice in Treviso (Via Silvio Pellico, 1), the registered trade marks owned by company Pagnossin and the internet domain names www.pagnossin.it
To take part in the auction, a participation application must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Studio Notarile Associato Baravelli Bianconi Talice in Treviso before 3.00 p.m. on 19 November 2008, enclosing two non-transferable bank drafts made payable to “Pagnossin Spa in liquidazione” or to the liquidator, equal respectively to 10% and 20% of the basic price, set at 160,000.00 euro, one as a deposit and the other as a transfer expense fund subject to payment of balance.
