New ceramic decorating machines from Officine Smac

Over the years Officine Smac has introduced numerous innovations in its various areas of specialisation, particularly in the field of machinery for glazing, decoration and special effects. It is now presenting its new Decora, Decodry and Rul/Random model ceramic decorating machines.

The Decora models incorporate technologies and innovations currently available for roller decoration with liquid glazes. Equipped with the most modern mechanical and electronic technologies, they are able to produce random and centred, standard and high-definition decorations with a printing precision that is unmatched on the market together with outstanding ease of use and maintenance.
The Decora models are available in series of up to 6 printing stations and can mount rollers of various diameters without the operator having to make complicated mechanical adjustments.

The Decodry models perform random or synchronised decoration using powders and granulates and are a complete innovation for the world of ceramic.
Following years of meticulous research, Smac has developed machines that deliver an excellent level of printing definition and precision. The laser-engraved belts allow for three-dimensional decoration effects, even in the same colour, and can use powders of any particle size and form. The belts can easily be engraved by any laser service in the market without needing to be modified or adapted.

The Decodry model is also available in series of up to 6 colours. With its small dimensions, it can be installed either in glazing lines or at the press exit.
Rul/Random series roller decorators represent the evolution of the series of random decorating machines that Smac has been producing for almost twenty years.
These machines are extremely easy to use, highly cost-effective and require very little maintenance. They can use sleeves made of a special long-life material that assures long-term durability while maintaining extremely high printing quality.
