Bongioanni Macchine launches Cleandy 3.0

Bongioanni introduces an advanced die-cleaning solution that delivers high performance with smart, user-friendly control.

The new Cleandy 3.0 die washing machine from Bongioanni delivers high levels of performance with a maximum pressure of 250 bar and a minimum flow rate of 42 litres/minute. The system is ideal for washing any type of die with a maximum size of 1800x900 mm.

Loading is via a front opening with two shaped doors, allowing dies to be easily introduced into the washing zone by means of a bridge crane or forklift. This zone is entirely lined in stainless steel to ensure maximum stability and durability.

Once the die is in place, the washing parameters can be set from a user-friendly control panel managed by a PLC.

The washing system consists of a double manifold, one at the front and one at the rear, complete with 14 rotating nozzles, six of which are adjustable to reduce water wastage when washing small dies. A second pump can be added as an option for even greater washing power. These characteristics guarantee efficiency, versatility, deep cleaning and water savings in a single innovative solution for dies of all sizes.
